Nitzer EBB
"Industrial Complexe Tour 2010"
Special guest: Psyche NITZER EBB joins Depeche Mode on 2010 “Tour of the Universe” Starting in Berlin on January 9, 2010, through to Düsseldorf February 27, 2010, Nitzer Ebb will be the opening act for the final European leg of Depeche Mode’s “Tour of the Universe”. The last time Nitzer Ebb shared the bill with Depeche Mode was 20 years ago, when they were the opening act on Depeche Mode’s 1990 “World Violation” tour. After two decades, Doug McCarthy and Bon Harris will once again join their good friends and former Mute label-mates Dave, Martin and Fletch on tour in Europe from January 9, 2010 through February 27, 2010. Now, with their latest project entitled “Industrial Complex”, they’ll be touring in support of their first new recording since Big Hit (1995), showing off a new look, new live show and a new lineup which includes recently rejoined band member Jason Payne on drums. Nitzer Ebb will also be performing their own headliner shows in between the Depeche Mode dates, and will be announcing those additional dates shortly. Some of the songs they’ll be performing live from the Industrial Complex project have already been heard on various film and television soundtracks, including Saw IV, Saw VI, NCIS and Fringe. Another track, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, is featured on the upcoming Tony Hawk:RIDE videogame being released by Activision on November 17, 2009. |
